We all want to be well and to live long without agony or serious illnesses. This is possible through the right work on the nucleus of a strong body: nutrition, which includes diet and breathing.
If you give your body what it needs, it will work perfectly all its life. What makes us sick is the accumulation of daily aggressions, whose future effects we ignore.

The first corrective intervention is on diet and nutrition. For this reason we have created the program “Self-wellness” because you, with our information and your will to understand and act, will keep your health strong. You don’t need to become a chemist or a medical doctor to know what your body wants and does not want. Your body knows exactly and you can understand what the good and the bad stuff is by drawing on experimental knowledge.
We know that each blood type (hence a certain DNA make-up) does not like some substances and loves others. It is listening to the body and to its reactions what makes you aware of what you need and what not. It is useless to know about chemical reactions and substances in details if you keep feeding your body on what harms it. The body, in its genes, has all the information about what its subjective balance for health is. General protocols are not the answer.
Diet, correct breathing and muscular movement complete the geography of a healthy organism free from continuous medical check-ups, tests and operations.
